The Store / Exotic Wood Custom Snare Drums
The Canarywood with Gold Hardware
$895.00
This 7x14” custom handcrafted snare drum is built from 100% Canarywood staves from South America. Canarywood is a hard exotic wood, and this particular piece has some gorgeous featuring. Expect a very versatile drum that has a nice powerful crack but can also be tuned to become fatter. As for the finish, I topped it off with 12 coats of high gloss, super durable 2K polyester clear coat.
This drum has:
offset 45 degree bearing edges.
a 0.6” thick stave shell
Pure brass lugs custom built for Seven Six Drum Company in Canada by Champagne Drums
brass triple flanged hoops
Pureound 24 strand snare wires
DW Brass Mag throw off and butt plate
Matching air vent grommet
Remo Ambassador heads.
