Edge Grain Cutting Boards

These custom handmade edge grain cutting boards are made to order and are constructed from only the finest cuts of exotic and domestic wood species. Because the cutting surface is comprised of the edge grain of the wood, the cutting board surface is extremely hard and durable. Edge grain, combined with our use of hardwoods that are 1500 or higher on the Janka Hardness Scale, helps ensure this is a custom cutting board that will last. They are approximately 1.25” to 3” in thickness/height and can be configured exactly how you’d like as far as size, color combinations, wood species and overall design. All edge grain custom cutting boards include 2 coats of Walrus Cutting Board Oil and 2 coats of Cutting Board Wax to protect the finish.
