The Figured Walnut Custom Snare Drum
$1,125.00
This 7×14” custom snare drum is built from solid staves of highly figured Walnut. Walnut is a domestic hardwood and this particular piece had so much cool figuring. What you see on the exterior is the same wood you’ll see on the interior - it’s not a veneer - that’s solid stave shell construction.. This drum has 8 coats of hand-rubbed oil semi gloss clearcoat and roundover to 30 degree bearing edges. This custom snare drum has a huge tuning range and is a beautiful example of figured domestic wood.
