The Waterfall Bubinga UltraThin Reso Series Custom Snare Drum
This 7x14” custom snare drum is built from 10 plies (4.9 mm thick) of Bubinga, a very hard African exotic wood with figuring that goes beyond surreal. Seeing this drum in person in the light blows people’s minds. The thin shell and 45 degree offset bearing edge makes for a very resonant drum with a low fundamental note...think FAT. I topped it off with 8 coats of durable and pricey 2K polyester clearcoat finish. This custom snare drum has a huge tuning range and is a beautiful example of figured exotic wood.
