Due to our use of hardwoods that are 1500 or higher on the Janka Hardness Scale, these custom handmade charcuterie boards can double as light duty cutting boards (for full-fledged cutting boards, see our edge grain and end grain cutting board categories). They are approximately 0.6 - 0.75” in thickness and can be configured exactly how you’d like as far as size, color combinations, wood species and overall design. All face grain custom charcuterie boards include 2 coats of Walrus Cutting Board Oil and one coat of Cutting Board Wax to protect the finish.
